About me and my therapy practice

In relationships, the little things are the big things - Stephen Covey

I empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles to improve their relationships with self and with significant others.

Let our sessions be your non-judgmental, confidential space where you can bring your scary and difficult feelings, and together we can look at them. To be vulnerable is to be seen. It is important to me that you feel seen and heard because you matter.

The flow of life happens with a certain regularity. You might not be coping and be feeling stuck with life and your coping strategies are no longer serving you.

Practice description

Let’s get you from surviving to thriving.

You are an individual with unique needs, so I will bring necessary processes, philosophical cues, and psychological tools into our sessions. Understanding shifts, self-discovered insights, and a new way of being would be a few attainments for you through therapy. I believe this is an important aspect of change, to work in a way that’s flexible and relevant to the way we live today.
