About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified mental health counsellor dedicated to helping individuals, young people, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
My approach is client-centered, meaning I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply seeking greater clarity and balance in life, I am here to walk alongside you.
