About me and my therapy practice
You may have arrived here because something feels difficult or unsettled — within yourself, in your relationship, or in how things have been feeling lately. Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or noticing that certain patterns between you and your partner keep repeating. Counselling can offer a calm, confidential space to slow things down and begin to make sense of what’s going on.
I offer online counselling for adults and couples in Brackley, Northamptonshire and across the UK, providing a warm, supportive space to talk openly and feel heard, without judgement. Whether you’re coming on your own or together, my aim is to help you feel safe enough to speak honestly about what’s been difficult.
You may have a clear sense of what’s brought you to counselling, or you may simply sense that something isn’t quite right. We can take time to understand what’s been shaping your experiences and gently make sense of what’s been happening, in a way that feels right for you.
My work begins with creating safety and trust. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve experienced trauma, loss, or long-standing difficulties — individually or as a couple. You won’t be pushed to talk about anything before you’re ready, and we’ll work at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
I believe that being truly heard and understood can make a real difference. Counselling can help bring greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and a sense of direction. It’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they make sense of their lives and relationships, and I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
Practice description
I work in a flexible way, shaped around you and what’s going on in your life or relationship. Our work together is collaborative and thoughtful, gently exploring patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be affecting how you feel, communicate, or relate to others.
In sessions, we’ll take time to look at your experiences, thoughts, and feelings, and how these connect with your relationships and day-to-day life. This can help bring greater understanding, perspective, and clarity — whether you’re working individually or as a couple.
My aim is to offer a steady, supportive space where you can reflect, make sense of things at your own pace, and begin to feel more grounded and able to move forward.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. This is a chance to ask any questions, talk a little about what’s been going on for you — or for you both — and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to commit; it’s simply a gentle way to begin.
