About me and my therapy practice


I'm Natasha, 'the yogi therapist'.

I am a BACP registered therapist and holistic healer, with a diverse background in the health and wellbeing profession.

I take pride in working with individuals from all walks of life across the globe and am passionate about offering an inclusive practice to support my clients to find the solutions they need, within a ‘human to human’ relationship.

My experience as a yoga teacher & reiki energy healer taught me...

' We all hold the power within us to heal ourselves'

Though sometimes, we all need a little support when we may find ourselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or even confused about what we are experiencing?

My role as your therapist is to work your unique process and guide you to reconnect with your own healing energy, so you can start to trust yourself to make the choices you need to improve your wellbeing.

Practice description

Therapy can support increasing your understanding of 'self' to make positive for changes for coping with stress and anxiety, insecurities, unhelpful thought patterns, relationships, and  your over all wellbeing and confidence, so you can achieve your goals from a more balanced place of clarity and confidence.

I work using a ‘whole person’ healing approach by combining a variety of psycho-therapeutic and holistic disciplines to include all of your emotional, physical and energetic process.

This can look like a combination of talking therapies and psychology tools, creative therapy & writing , or mindfulness techniques that you can use independently to restore balance between your mind and body.           

My first session

Thinking of starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions,  and if your unsure about the various types of therapy or which suit you,    I would like to invite you to connect with me for a initial meeting before booking your first session.

This is an a 20 min. informal meeting (online) to discuss any queries you have about starting therapy and how I can support you, availability, fees etc. to help you decide if I'm the right therapist for you.

There is a no fee the initial meeting, nor any obligation to commit to ongoing sessions, so please feel free to get in touch for a chat.
