About me and my therapy practice
Are you a couple navigating the impact of parenthood on your relationship?
- Conversations that once felt easy now turn into tension. Small disagreements escalate quickly. Perhaps old wounds are returning to the surface.
- One of you may feel overwhelmed, the other may feel shut out. Intimacy shifts. Roles change. Resentment quietly builds.
- Parenthood reshapes a relationship. That doesn’t mean something is broken, it means something has changed.
I work with couples to help navigate what can be both a beautiful yet very challenging experience- supporting you to feel connected to yourself and to each other.

Perhaps you’re looking for a space to explore your relationships, understand yourself more deeply, or simply have somewhere safe to reflect.
Counselling can offer a non-judgmental space where you are free to bring whatever feels important, at your own pace.

About me and my therapy practice
- Are you a new mother struggling to connect with your intuition, sense of identity, or the challenges that come with motherhood?
- Perhaps your birth experience was not as you had planned, was overwhelming or traumatic, or you are feeling voiceless amidst all the ‘advice’ around you.
- Are you experiencing intrusive thoughts, anxiety or just not feeling safe in your body?
- You may want to tend to your relationship with your body after going through so much, finding ways to reconnect with yourself and nurture self-compassion.
- Or you’re a parent who feels you’ve lost connection with your partner since the arrival of your little one.
I work with mothers and couples to help navigate what can be both a beautiful yet very challenging phase of life, supporting you to feel connected to yourself and to each other.
I have a deep respect for mothers and parents.
Since becoming a mother myself and my own lived experience of the impact on body, mind and soul, I felt a calling to offer space for others to be supported during this profound rite of passage which is so lacking for so many.
Mothers often don’t receive the support they deserve when they are holding so much.
Whether you are a mother of 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6 years, I can offer you a space to be heard.
When working with couples, I honour the fact that you and your partner are the experts of your relationship and I’m here to provide a space where you can both be heard and understood.
