About me and my therapy practice

I offer support for both individuals and couples facing life's challenges. Whether you're navigating personal struggles or relationship difficulties, I'm here to help.

Relationships are vital to our well-being, yet they can encounter rough patches, leaving us feeling overwhelmed. Counselling offers a pathway to understanding, growth, and connection.

Navigating challenges alone can be difficult, especially when communication breaks down. Together, we'll work through tough emotions and barriers, enriching your connection with yourself and each other.

My aim is to provide a safe space for clients to navigate changes or struggles, whether individually or as part of a couple. I help clients build healthy relationships with themselves and others, moving past barriers to intuition, joy, and courage.

Practice description

As a qualified therapeutic and Relationship counsellor, I bring a dynamic person-centred approach to my practice, integrating elements from various approaches. My educational background spans psychology, mental health, and health sciences, and I'm committed to ongoing learning to stay at the forefront of my field.

My professional journey is deeply intertwined with my personal one—from moments of distress to the discovery of inner peace. This transformative experience has instilled in me a profound understanding of the importance of self-care and has equipped me to relate to my clients in a meaningful way.

My first session

The first session is discounted to £35 per hour for us to meet one another and to decide whether we are a good fit and would like to work together.
