About me and my therapy practice

I am a person centred counsellor with experience of working with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, work related stress, eating disorders, relationship issues, low self worth, low self esteem and grief. I have worked with diverse age groups, cultures and experiences. I aim to provide a safe, confidential and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. We work together towards personal development, healing and growth.

Practice description

I am able to offer in person sessions and/or online and telephone sessions.

My first session

I offer a 15 minute free introductory meeting by phone or zoom to find out more about what you are looking for and discuss how we might work together. I hope to be able to answer any questions you may have and if you decide to proceed, we can agree availability for sessions. If for any reason I am unable to support you, I will offer you suggestions for other counsellors or support services.
