About me and my therapy practice
Choosing a therapist or counsellor can feel overwhelming, which is why I offer a free 15-minute introductory conversation. This gives us the chance to talk about what is bringing you to therapy and decide together whether working together feels like the right fit.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, burnout, loss, and the impact of past experiences or trauma. Sessions offer a place to slow things down, reflect, and begin making sense of thoughts and feelings that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to talk about elsewhere. Together we may also begin to notice patterns that have developed over time, often for good reasons, but which no longer feel helpful.
I place particular importance on the relationship between therapist and client. Feeling understood, respected and taken seriously is often central to making sense of difficult experiences and creating meaningful change. My aim is to offer a calm, thoughtful and supportive space where you can explore what is going on at your own pace.
I do not work to a fixed model. Instead, I pay close attention to what you bring and to how our conversations unfold, shaping the work around you as an individual. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where curiosity and reflection can open up new ways of understanding yourself and relating to others, at a pace that balances care with focus.
Sessions take place in person in Fulham and Parsons Green (SW6) and Wimbledon (SW19), as well as online across the UK.
I offer a free 15 minute introductory conversation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right before committing to therapy. If you are struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties or the impact of past experiences and are considering therapy, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange this initial conversation.
Practice description
I work in an integrative and relational way, drawing on different therapeutic approaches to respond to your needs rather than following a fixed model. I work with curiosity and care, paying close attention to what you bring to sessions and to how our conversations develop. At times, this may involve gently exploring patterns or questions that emerge in our work together, while keeping the work thoughtful and contained.
I see the therapeutic relationship as central to the process. Feeling safe, respected and understood is especially important when exploring difficult or painful experiences. I aim to offer a warm, steady and reliable presence, especially at times when things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or difficult to hold on your own.
If you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties or the impact of past experiences, you are welcome to get in touch. An initial conversation can help us think together about whether therapy with me would feel like a good fit.
