Availability
My availability can vary throughout the year due to the nature of my work across private practice and organisational settings.
I am currently open to new enquiries and able to take on new clients, both privately and through workplace referrals.
I offer sessions in person (Altrincham, Greater Manchester) and provide sessions nationally and internationally online.
At present, I am not accepting clients via private medical insurance.
About me and my therapy practice
I work at the intersection of psychology, leadership and organisational life, supporting individuals, leaders and teams to better understand themselves and the patterns shaping their behaviour, relationships and decision-making.
My work spans three connected areas:
Private Practice – Psychotherapy, counselling and psychotherapeutic coaching for individuals navigating personal, relational or professional challenges.
Education & Training – Leadership development, coaching and workshops that translate psychological insight into practical ways of working, relating and leading.
Organisational Consultancy – Workplace therapy and coaching programmes, alongside support for HR and leadership teams managing wellbeing, mental health and complex people situations.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that people benefit from having a space where they can speak openly about what is really going on: without judgement, pressure or the need to present a version of themselves that feels acceptable. From this place, something more honest and useful can begin.
Our work together is not about quick fixes or surface-level change. It is a process of understanding - making sense of your experiences, recognising patterns, and exploring how you relate to yourself, to others and to the world around you. This often includes looking at the origins of current difficulties, while also focusing on how you want to live and work going forward.
Through this process, people tend to develop a stronger sense of self, greater emotional clarity and more choice in how they respond to life.
Practice description
My work is centred on helping people feel more psychologically resourced - what we mean by this, is better able to meet the challenges and changes that are part of everyday life and work.
I run a private practice in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, alongside my work with organisations. In my private practice, I work with individuals experiencing a range of emotional, psychological and relational difficulties, offering a space to talk openly about what is really going on, at your own pace.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw on different ways of working depending on you and what you need. At the heart of it, I am here to listen carefully, to help you explore your experiences, and to gently make sense of patterns that may not always be easy to see on your own.
I have a particular interest in working with trauma, abusive or difficult relationships, and the complexity of relationship breakdowns. I also support women navigating midlife transitions, including menopause, where emotional, physical and identity changes can feel difficult to make sense of alone.
Many of the people I work with also hold significant responsibility in their professional live - senior leaders, founders and those working in high-pressure environments. My background in business and consultancy means I understand the demands, expectations and isolation that can come with these roles. Within the therapy space, this often allows us to explore not just personal experiences, but how these intersect with leadership, decision-making and relationships at work.
While the context may differ, the focus remains the same: creating a space where you can think more clearly, feel more fully, and begin to respond to both life and work with greater awareness and choice.
Where it feels helpful, I will also offer practical ways of supporting yourself providing resources you can take with you beyond the sessions.
My first session
It’s important that you feel comfortable and supported from the outset, so I offer a free 15-minute introductory call.
This is an opportunity to share a little about what’s bringing you here and to get a sense of how I work. It also gives us both a chance to consider whether working together feels like the right fit, without any pressure to decide straight away.
If you choose to continue, we will agree practical details such as session timing, frequency and fees. We can also begin to think about what you might want from the work, while allowing space for this to develop as we go.
I will provide confidentiality information and a short intake form to support the start of our work together.

About me and my therapy practice
Operating at the meeting place of business and psychology, I work in the following areas:
1. Private Practice – Psychotherapy, Counselling & Coaching services.
2. Education & Training – Psychological skills training for Executive Leadership
3. Women in Leadership - A guided coaching and mentoring programme tailored for women, inclusive of women’s health support (peri/menopause)
4.Corporate Consultancy – Organisational consultancy & leadership behaviour
My philosphy: I believe we can benefit from having a space to bring our unique challenges to a place where they can be heard, understood, acknowledged and known without judgement or a fear of ‘speaking up’ about what is really going on.
Self-belief / self -acceptance sits at the heart of enabling oneself to live a life that can flourish and be fully embraced. This is not about flicking a switch, or constant self-affirmation, it is a journey of exploration towards understanding the relationship with ourselves, others and the world.
Working together, we come to know of the root causes of issues, reframe our thinking, gain perspective and create a new way to live a more fulfilled life.
