About me and my therapy practice
I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore the thoughts, emotions and behaviours impacting your life. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, trauma or relationship challenges, I’m here to support you. Together we can explore life’s transitions and understand emotions that may be diminishing your sense of joy. My approach encourages self-awareness and supports you in developing greater self-agency, nurturing a more meaningful relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Therapy isn’t only for times of crisis, it can also be a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself.

Ongoing Therapy
I offer both short-term and long term Psychodynamic Therapy, either in person or online. Together, we will explore your experiences in greater depth. My role is to support you in exploring recurring patterns and thought cycles that may feel challenging to navigate. We’ll work to understand how these experiences may shape your perspective and influence your daily life. Reflecting on how the past impacts the present can help you make choices that create new possibiltles beyond familiar patterns.
One Session Therapy
I also offer One Session Therapy for individuals who are looking for focused support around a specific difficulty/challenge rather than ongoing therapy.
This approach supports those who feel stuck with one particular issue and would like to leave the session with greater clarity, some direction or a new of way of understanding their situation. From the moment we begin, the work is centred on helping you make the most of that single session.

Ongoing Therapy - We’ll begin with a brief introductory call before arranging an initial assessment. This gives us an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your needs and consider whether we’re a suitable match.
One Session Therapy - We’ll arrange your session directly via email. In our meeting we’ll clarify what you hope to take away and agree on a clear focus.
My private practice is conveniently located opposite Golders Green Understand and Bus station. I also offer online sessions.
