I offer online therapy sessions in the evenings to accommodate clients who require support outside of standard working hours.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a person-centred therapist with an integrative approach. At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, respected and understood. Alongside this, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches so that our work is shaped around you — your story, your pace and what feels most supportive.

My practice is also trauma-informed, which means I am mindful of how past experiences can shape the way we think, feel and respond in the present. Together, we work gently and collaboratively, prioritising safety and trust, so that therapy feels steady and empowering rather than overwhelming. The aim is to support meaningful, sustainable change in a way that honours your individual journey.

Practice description

I offer online therapy sessions in a calm, confidential and supportive space. Working online allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own environment, which many clients find helps them feel more at ease and able to open up.

In our sessions, you can expect warmth, empathy and thoughtful curiosity. I work collaboratively, meaning we will explore what has brought you to therapy at a pace that feels manageable for you. There is no pressure to “have it all figured out” — we begin wherever you are.

As a person-centred therapist with an integrative and trauma-informed approach, I prioritise emotional safety and trust. I may gently introduce practical tools or reflective questions where helpful, but the focus will always remain on what feels right and meaningful for you.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences and begin moving towards the changes you would like to see in your life.

My first session

The first session is 60 minutes, in line with all ongoing sessions, and is charged at the standard rate.

During our initial meeting, we will take time to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. I will also guide us through a therapeutic contract and an initial assessment. Contracting is an important part of establishing clarity around confidentiality, boundaries and expectations, helping to create a safe and transparent foundation for our work together. The assessment allows me to gain a fuller understanding of your experiences so that our sessions can be tailored to your individual needs.

There is no obligation to continue after the first session — it is also an opportunity for you to decide whether I feel like the right therapist for you.
