Welcome to my profile, I offer a confidential and safe space.

Therapy offers a space to take a more conscious look at your life, and to walk alongside you whilst offering support to enable you to be confident within yourself.

I am a registered member of the BACP and abide by the code of ethics and good practice.

Practice description

An initial session would be a simple discussion about how I would safeguard both yourself and me. Then conversing with each other to decide what you believe to be the most beneficial route to discovering yourself and what you would like to discuss through the sessions. Then we would continue this throughout each session.

My first session

Our initial session will be an assessment of your needs and I will explain how we will work together.
