About me and my therapy practice
If you find yourself overwhelmed by difficult emotions or feeling stuck in life and want to understand yourself better, please get in touch.
I offer a space where you can explore your feelings, understand how you got here and ultimately begin healing and feel stronger.
I have a special interest in working with people affected by domestic abuse and childhood sexual abuse. I am LGBTQ+ inclusive in this work.
Recovering from abuse and rebuilding self esteem can be very challenging and I offer a gentle and accepting approach to understanding and finding yourself again.
Practice description
Working Psychodynamically involves holding in mind that our past experiences can influence how we feel about the world, relationships and ourselves.
I believe that the relationship between client and counsellor is important in allowing you to explore whatever may be going on for you and to get to a place of compassion for yourself and the confidence to move forward in your life.
I mainly work weekly, sessions would be at the same time and place each week. However, I can offer flexibility so please do get in touch if you require any accommodations.
My first session
The first contact following an enquiry would be a 15 minute phone call (if requested).
The first session would be a standard 50 minute session and we would look at your reasons for coming to counselling and what you hope to gain from it. It is also a chance for us to get to know each other and ensure that we feel like a good fit for your journey.

I am currently taking on new clients. I have availability for late afternoon and evening sessions on Wednesday and Thursday and late morning on a Friday.
About me and my therapy practice
If your teenager is struggling, finding the right support can feel overwhelming. I am a warm and friendly therapist specialising in supporting young people through life's challenges. I love working with kids and teenagers, and my goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and deeply supportive space where they can truly be heard.
I bring three years of dedicated experience working directly within high schools, helping teenagers navigate the unique pressures of modern adolescent life. I am psychodynamically trained, which means I look beyond just the surface symptoms to help young people understand their deeper feelings, anxieties, and behaviours.
Practice description
I work with all types of issues, including anxiety, school stress, low mood, and relationship difficulties. I also have extensive experience and familiarity working with neurodivergent young people, including autism, adapting my approach to fit each individual's unique style of communication and comfort.
Located in a quiet, accessible room in the Charing Cross area of Glasgow, I offer flexible afternoon and late afternoon sessions designed to fit around the school day and working commutes.
Whether your child is facing a temporary rough patch or a longer-term challenge, please reach out for an initial chat to see how we can work together.
My first session
I offer a 15 minute introductory call or an initial 50 minute session with a parent and/or the young person to get to know each other and find out what you are hoping for from the work and check if we feel like a good fit for you and your child.
