About me and my therapy practice
Immigrating/relocating Couples Therapy:
Based on existential lifeworld theory and developed through doctoral research and extensive clinical work with couples, I offer group structured programmes and personal therapy programmes to helps partners understand and strengthen their relationship through periods of change, uncertainty, and identity shift.
Rather than focusing on symptoms or “fixing” communication, the programme works with five core relational domains—stability, belonging, couplehood, identity, and meaning—as anchors that support resilience and connection during transition.
Couples are guided through a structured process that integrates reflection, dialogue, and practical relational tools, helping them move from confusion and disconnection toward clarity, teamwork, and shared direction.
This programme is particularly suited to couples experiencing:
> relocation or recent international move
> cultural and identity transitions
> increased stress, distance, or role changes within the relationship
> a desire to strengthen the relationship during change, not only after crisis

Previously, I’m worked as a Life Coach since 2011: accredited by the Adlerian Coaching School and ICF (International Coach Federation) licensed.
Within my doctorate research I explored the effect immigration may have on couples’ relationships.
I believe we have the freedom to choose and grow, and by creatively opening up possibilities we can turn any crisis into an opportunity.
Conflicts in relationships and challenges in life are opportunities to learn about ourselves and create something new and amazing in our lives!
