About me and my therapy practice

I', Luisa and I'm a therapist with more than 20 years of experience.

Thanks to all the years of training in various therapeutic approaches in Peru, the United States and the United Kingdom, I offer my help and knowledge in English and Spanish.

During the sessions it is very important for me to understand the different difficulties that my patients are going through, offering them a space of listening that allows the best understanding and solution to their difficulties.

Life can be difficult sometimes and is always good to have an objective and honest space where we can be listened with out judgements or critics.

I'm offer you an open and caring space to help you go through your difficult moments.

Practice description

My sessions my sessions last 45-50 minutes.

Where you can talk freely about your difficulties.

Together we will try to understand them and find different ways to handle them.

My first session

During our initial session we can discuss any situation that is troubling you and see how we can work together to understand your difficulties.
