About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I am Anna, an experienced Integrative Relational Counsellor/Psychotherapist, offering a warm and collaborative approach.

In therapy, we will explore what is going on for you, currently, and any issues from your past that may be continuing to impact your life. We will work together in a supportive, non-judgemental space - an environment where you can be seen and heard as the individual person you are. Having your thoughts and worries heard and worked on collaboratively, can bring relief, helpful ways of thinking about things, choice and the opportunity to be supported in finding ways for you to move forward. When you work with a therapist, the relational aspect can be helpful in supporting emotional regulation, and I am passionate about my work in this.

I work in a professional and comfortable therapy room at The Practice, and offer sessions for adults, weekly, in 50-minute sessions, both short-term -and long-term, to suit you, with regular reviews to ensure you are getting the most from your sessions. The first session includes a full assessment, and it will give you an insight into how we might work together if we decide I am the right therapist for you.

Sessions are in person at Weybridge, East Molesey or online.

I offer a free 15-minute call prior to booking during which I can answer any questions you may have.
