About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor, working primarily in a person-centred way. I will work to build a trusting relationship with you and provide a safe space for you to explore your issues. I do this collaboratively in a unique and bespoke way to meet your needs.
Practice description
I can work online or face-to-face with short-term or extended therapy. I can also work with young people aged 16+
My first session
I offer a free initial telephone session.
