About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Rhiana, an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor based in London.
In therapy, I encourage self-reflection and understanding, creating a space where meaningful change can emerge. Many clients come to therapy unsure of the process, while knowing they want to change aspects of their lives. My aim is to make the therapy room a safe, non-judgemental environment that supports self-discovery.
I work with clients from all walks of life with a wide range of concerns. I have a particular interest in working with depression, relationship issues, social isolation, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Practice description
At my practice, RJN Therapy, I work from a curated integrative framework. This means I draw on a range of psychotherapeutic modalities, tailored to each client’s individual needs. My core therapeutic approach is existential; however, I also incorporate attachment-based theory and Gestalt practices as part of my work.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on what feels most appropriate for each client. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are available online or in person. I also offer a 15-minute introductory video call for new clients.

My first session
The first meeting is usually a 15-minute video call where we introduce ourselves.
The first session can be in-person or online depending on your preference. This session is not a strict assessment per se but a chance to understand your reasons for starting therapy in more depth.
