About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel trapped, confused, or unworthy in your relationships? Do you struggle to set boundaries or find yourself repeatedly giving chances to partners who don’t change? If so, you’re not alone.
I specialise in supporting individuals who have experienced narcissistic abuse, helping them break free from harmful relational patterns and rebuild their sense of self. Drawing on both professional training and lived experience, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what you’ve been through, restore self-esteem, and develop healthier boundaries.
I also work with individuals living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and related conditions, including Vestibular Migraine, PPPD, BPPV, and Ménière’s disease. Living with ongoing and unpredictable symptoms can be deeply unsettling, often leading to anxiety, frustration, and a sense of being misunderstood. I support clients to make sense of their experiences, reduce anxiety, and rebuild confidence in daily life, while recognising the very real physical sensations and fears these conditions bring.
My approach integrates Person-Centred therapy and Trauma-Informed Care. I work collaboratively and at your pace, offering a compassionate and confidential space where you can feel heard and understood.
I offer counselling by telephone, providing flexible and accessible support from the comfort of your own environment.
I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited Therapeutic Counsellor, with 8 years experience working with people and their mental wellbeing.
Practice description
Our sessions are conducted via secure online platforms or by 'phone, ensuring your privacy and allowing you to seek support from the comfort of your home.
I provide adults with 50 minute sessions and although my niche is supporting those in toxic relationships and narcissism, I also work with neurodivergence, autoimmune conditions, dizziness, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss.
I provide counselling for Aviva insurance policy holders.
My first session
At your first session, we can talk about what you expect from counselling and it’s an opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you like about the process, such as how often we would meet, session cost and confidentiality. It also gives you the chance to get an idea of whether you feel safe and comfortable working with me. We would also discuss the working agreement together, which outlines the session boundaries. This first session cost is reduced to £55, which is paid in advance and could be as long as 90 minutes.
