About me and my therapy practice

I believe each individual is unique. I offer a space to listen. We can think about and explore it together.

Practice description

I work psychodynamically/psychoanalytically, I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP) and the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC).

I work with adult clients.

In my practice, I draw from my experience of working with different organisations that offer bereavement counselling and general counselling to address various problems, like grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, abuse, and sexual abuse.
