About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Sunee Goring and I’m an integrative therapist. This means I include a range of therapeutic approaches during sessions, integrating counselling/psychotherapy and coaching techniques.
I’ve successfully supported hundreds of clients over the past 5 years working this way. I see the work I do with clients as a journey; working towards healing, changing and growing.
Healing: through developing a safe, secure, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship;
Changing: supporting you to uncover, process and challenge compassionately, limiting thoughts, beliefs and behaviours;
Growing: supporting you to focus on and develop what gives you a sense of meaning, purpose, aspiration and fulfilment.
You can visit my website to find out more about this process or to directly book a free consultation.
Practice description
I have practices in the Harley Street District and in East London both accessible via public transport, car or cycling. Set up a free consultation with me and we'll go from there.
To book a consultation please go directly to my website suneegoringtherapy.com where you will find an online booking form showing my available time slots. Once I've received this, I will get back to you within 24 hours.
My first session
Clients I work with often feel stuck; managing thoughts, feelings, behaviours or situations that are difficult to understand or manage alone. First sessions often centre on talking through and unpicking what brought you to therapy and what your aspirations for therapy are.
You could be experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness, social anxiety, imposter syndrome, anger or low self-confidence. You might have relationship problems due to jealousy, betrayal, infidelity, an ending or repeatedly dating those who hurt you.
You could be finding big life changes, family issues, addictions, work, identity, sexuality, parenting, conceiving, midlife, menopause, school/university, procrastination, obsessive thoughts, or your past, difficult to deal with.
You might be finding getting older or being a young adult, difficult to deal with. You are probably feeling stuck somehow, finding it difficult to understand why, feeling unable to get on with your life as you would wish.
Whatever clients bring to sessions we'll work together to find meaning, purpose and a path forward.
What I can help with
Addictions, Anger management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Child related issues, Cultural issues, Depression, Development coaching, Identity issues, LGBTQ+ counselling, Life coaching, Loss, Menopause, Men's issues, Obsessions, Personal development, Pregnancy related issues, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Stress, Women's issues, Work related issues
