I am available from 3pm - 9pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at a center based in Barkingisde, East London/Essex border.
I am available from 8am - 1pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and from 8am - 8pm on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays at a center based in Bushey/Watford, Herts.
I also offer online sessions from 8am - 8pm Monday to Fridays
About me and my therapy practice
Therapy is a process that takes time, patience, consistency and taking the initial steps to begin can often be the most difficult. Knowing where to start or how to tackle challenges can be overpowering, intimidating, and frustrating. Big problems are usually small at first, no matter how trivial they are, and it’s completely okay to talk about them!
As an integrative therapist, coach, and therapeutic coach, I believe the process of psychotherapy can elicit excitement as well as anxiety-provoking feelings as you begin to make active changes in your life. Therefore, we will collaboratively create a therapeutic environment that offers a safe, secure, and non-judgemental ambiance for you. I look forward to helping you get to know yourself that little bit more!
As a BACP registered therapist member, my integrative approach is to facilitate your journey towards healing and self-discovery by authentically listening to your concerns, feelings, and thoughts. Together we will develop a plan tailored to your needs, preferences, and aspirations.
Working as a coach, I will assist you in working towards achieving the goals you set for yourself by providing a platform where challenge, reactions and evaluations are voiced in a constructive and positive environment.
Working as a therapeutic coach builds on both the work of an integrative therapist and a coach. This provides an opportunity to explore both the past and present whilst using this insight to shape and transform your future.
Within my integrative and holistic theoretical approach, I use several different counselling modalities, various coaching techniques, and multicultural perspectives to connect your physiological and psychological well-being. I am firm believer in ensuring that you are at the forefront of whatever approach is used and emphasizing your identity, intersectionality, interpersonal interactions, and intrapersonal communication.
My first session
During our 50 minute initial consultation session, I will look to understand what brings you to seek out therapy now, what is currently happening in your life and how we can collaboratively work together within my approach.
If we are both happy to work with each other, the next steps would be to arrange a suitable date and time for us to have our first session. Additionally, I would send you a Client Agreement form, along with my Terms and Conditions.
