About me and my therapy practice

I am a registered and qualified mental health counselling professional who helps individuals gain psychological awareness to improve their overall health and wellbeing. I am motivated by a curiosity in people and their capacity to grow and develop. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is a co-creation that can be a dynamic vehicle for transformative growth.

I take an integrative approach to therapy with a primary focus on the modalities of Existential, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This means that as a therapist I tailor my approach relative to your emotional and psychological needs.

The psychotherapeautic relationship can enable people to find a way through a variety of emotionally challenging psychological issues. It can often be the case that people are not sure what is troubling them but wish to explore thoughts and feelings that may have led them to feel stuck, lose a sense of who they are or the meaning in their life.

The therapy that I provide is predicated on a holistic and active directive approach that can help you with addictions, anger management, anxiety, bereavement, depression, personal development, relationships, sexuality, stress and other general counselling themes. I offer a safe, non-judgmental and confidential place for people to explore issues that may be difficult to broach with family or friends.

Practice description

I am currently practicing out of an office in West London. The building is a pleasant and calm environment and my consulting room is comfortable and private.

As well as face to face therapy, I am happy to work online using Zoom or over the phone.
