I offer a free 30 minute initial session. This gives you the chance to meet me, ask any questions and to get a sense if we'd work well together.
My standard fee is £45 per 50 minute session.
A limited number of concessionary sessions of £30 are available for students, OAP's, and people on a lower income or receiving benefits.
Please feel free to ask if this might be helpful to you - I aim to keep counselling as accessible as possible.
About me and my therapy practice
Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially if you’re not sure what to expect or whether it’s right for you.
You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly, without pressure or judgement
As a person-centred counsellor, our sessions are shaped around you. We’ll work together at your own pace, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and finding your own way forward.
I offer a warm, genuine and accepting relationship, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect.
I’m passionate about making counselling feel more accessible, especially for people who may feel nervous or unsure about starting.
You may have been trying to make sense of things on your own, and you don't need to have had counselling before - just come as you are, and we’ll start from wherever you feel comfortable.
