About me and my therapy practice

As a person-centred counsellor, our sessions are shaped around you. We work at a pace that feels right for you, guided by what you would like to explore in each session.

I aim to offer a warm, genuine and accepting relationship, grounded in empathy, unconditional positive regard and authenticity.

I work in a relaxed, humanistic way, while holding a safe and professional space for whatever you bring to our sessions.

If you're feeling unsure about counselling, that's ok - just come as you are.
