About me and my therapy practice
As a therapist, I work with adult individuals and couples, supporting people to explore their experiences in a collaborative, confidential, and non-judgmental space.
It’s common to experience emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, stress, or grief. Our relationships, identities, and experiences - personal, relational, social, societal, and spiritual - all shape who we are. Counselling & psychotherapy offer a flexible, fluid process that can create space for growth, insight, and meaningful change.
I provide a safe, supportive environment where people can express themselves freely and work through issues that may be causing confusion, discomfort, or distress.
“A person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change” - Carl R. Rogers.
Who am I? A son, a brother, a husband, a father, a friend, a therapist, a lover of music, a traveller. A human being, finding my way through this thing called life.
I have over fifteen years’ experience in the mental health sector. My work includes running my own counselling and psychotherapy private practice, working as a counsellor and supervisor in schools, and working with organisations including The Norwich Centre, MIND, MAP, and Julian Support.
