About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes life just becomes too much, too fast, too demanding and it feels impossible to keep up. Maybe looking ok on the outside, trying to hold everything together, but exhausted in the overwhelm of it all. Let’s work this through together.

I'm here to listen, support and help you work through absolutely anythings that's going on for you right now.

I offer a space where you won’t be judged, or have someone try and fix you with general advice.

Therapy with me is not about being told what to do, it’s about processing everything you’ve been carrying, and understanding your process, so that you can find ways to live that actually work for you, your brain and your life.

You might find it helpful to know that I self-identify as neurodivergent.

Many people exploring their own neurodivergence tell me that having a therapist with a lived experience of being neurodivergent, is affirming and validating right from the very beginning as they know they will be seen and heard.

I also offer an LGBTQ affirming safe place.

As an experienced, accredited Person-Centered Counsellor (MBACP, Accred) I offer a consistent, strong, supportive processing space of understanding and acceptance.

I follow the BACP Code of Ethics, ensuring you receive an accountable and ethical practice.
