About me and my therapy practice

I have been in private practice as a counsellor and a coach for over 25 years. Training first in psychodynamic practice, considering how early experiences shape our lives as adults before going on to specialise in career progression and trauma related issues.

I provide a depth of understanding, compassion and support in managing the hurdles that face us all, facilitating confidence, growth, reflection and clarity on life’s challenges.

Practice description

Listening, reflecting and seeking to understand 'how it is' for my clients, I draw attention to perhaps unseen aspects of how events and circumstances impact their current life. Believing that no matter how long ago, or how recent, events occurred there are routes to recovery and wellbeing.

My first session

I send my clients to complete a questionnaire and terms of practice before our first session.
