About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my profile page.
My name is Alexandra, and I am an integrative therapist offering individual counselling services for adults. I provide both remote (Zoom or Teams) and in-person (Weymouth) sessions.
I have extensive experience working with clients who have faced a variety of challenges, including trauma, historical abuse, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, burnout, and other life stressors. I also support clients who are seeking to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply, or who are navigating specific life transitions or challenges.
My background is in adult health and social care. I also worked for a local agency for several years before I fully moved on to private practice. In addition to counselling, I completed an undergraduate and master's degree in psychology/health psychology.
Practice description
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is priced at £50.
My approach is warm and empathetic, creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through counselling, you can gain valuable insights, develop coping strategies, and work towards achieving your personal goals.
My first session
Please feel free to contact me via email or text message to discuss therapy further or to schedule a free 15-minute telephone consultation. This will allow us to explore your needs and determine if my services align with your goals.
