About me and my therapy practice
You as a person are at the centre of my approach to therapy. When life is a struggle, it can be surprisingly helpful to speak to someone who really listens, carefully, warmly, and without judgement.
It can be a starting point to finding a way forward, especially if it is currently difficult to speak to those around you or you're going around in circles with an intractable issue.
My approach is to work with you to help you achieve your objectives and to help develop a more understanding and accepting relationship to yourself. Ultimately everyone is their own life expert. By working together, we can help fine tune this expertise.
If you're struggling to deal with a whole host of the following challenges such as self-loathing, anxiety, depression, complex relationships with those around you, grief/loss, racial trauma, sexuality, gender dysphoria then as an experienced psychotherapist, I can work with you towards developing a better relationship with yourself and others.
Practice description
I aim to create a safe holding space to enable you to explore what you're facing without judgement.
I work with clients who are struggling with their relationship with themselves and those around them. My focus is to help hone their ability to evaluate how they engage with themselves with a view to addressing whatever issue they've come into therapy for.
My first session
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to allow you to ask any questions about working together and to enable me to introduce myself and the way that I practice.
If you wanted to proceed from there, we could then schedule a 50 minute initial session.
During our first sessions I'll try to understand what they are facing, address any concerns and questions with a view to agreeing the expectations that you have for our work together.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a UKCP accredited and BACP registered Psychotherapist and Supervisor. My approach is Integrative and Relational, with a focus on the therapeutic and supervisory relationship. I have a Masters (MSc) and Diploma from the Metanoia Institute and I also have a Diploma in Integrative Supervision from The Minster Centre.
I work with clients in private practice as well being a Faculty Psychotherapist at the School of Life.
I’m also a Continuity Tutor at the TA East London Institute and a Visiting Tutor on the Humanistic course at the Metanoia Institute.
Practice description
I aim to offer a warm, collaborative, collegiate space where you can bring your client work without judgement while also being mindful of the impact that this work has on you.
I am interested in your reflections and understanding of your client work, as well as the relationship between us, and how all or any of it impacts on your work with clients.
I view my work through an intersectional and transcultural lens and this allows me to be curious about what is happening in all aspects of what we explore in supervision.
Please get in touch if you would like to book a supervision session or have an initial chat on the phone to explore working together.
