It can be a daunting experience deciding to take the step into counselling, I aim to make the counselling space as comfortable as possible. As a therapist I provide a safe and confidential space where clients can open up and together we can explore the difficult feelings and emotions that may arise. I can suit you and a time that fits in to your life style for a counselling session.
About me and my therapy practice
In our sessions, you will be offered empathy, understanding, warmth, honesty, and a non-judgemental environment. I provide unconditional positive regard, confidentiality, undivided attention, and a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and explore your thoughts, feelings, and possible solutions.
I believe that these core conditions, combined with your willingness to engage in the therapeutic process, can help create meaningful and positive change.
I am an Associate Counsellor and have worked alongside Employment Assistance Programme (EAP) providers for the past six years. During this time, I have supported a wide range of clients with diverse needs and circumstances, enabling me to work flexibly and adapt my approach to each individual's situation.
I am now also offering couples counselling and can provide sessions either in person or remotely, depending on what best suits your needs and preferences.
Practice description
I am extremely passionate about the work I do and have had the privilege of the most up to date training with tutors and peers who share in that passion and the belief that talking truly helps and can be the first important step to a happier, more fulfilling way of life wherein you allow yourself to become the best version of you, for you.
My first session
I think for most of us, life has a tendency to become overwhelming from time to time and we can feel like the support we have around us just isn't enough. Try not to compare your struggles with others - it's important you acknowledge that your difficulties are relative to you and you alone. But if you're reading this I would hope you are already beginning to realise, .you are worth more than the way you currently feel.

Practice description
As an Associate Counsellor with over six years' experience working alongside Employment Assistance Programme (EAP) providers, I have supported a diverse range of clients facing personal, emotional, and relationship challenges. I provide both short-term and long-term counselling, adapting my approach to meet each client's individual needs. I offer sessions in person and remotely and strive to create a therapeutic environment that is warm, confidential, and focused on positive outcomes.
My first session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what has brought you to counselling, and explore what you hope to achieve. I will explain how counselling works, including confidentiality, and answer any questions you may have. There is no pressure or expectation; you are free to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Together, we will begin to build a safe and trusting relationship from which meaningful change can develop.
During a couples session, both partners will have the opportunity to share their perspectives in a respectful and supportive environment. My role is to facilitate open communication, understanding, and exploration of the issues that have brought you to counselling.
