About me and my therapy practice

I aim to offer a space for you to reflect on and explore any worries, concerns or difficulties you might have, in a non-judgemental environment. I believe that there is no one size fit all approach to therapy. How we work will depend on you and what you bring.

I work relationally, which means that I place our relationships, past and present, with ourselves, others and the world, at the centre of my practice.

My first session

Once you get in touch, we can arrange a 15 minutes phone or zoom call. This will be an opportunity for us to get acquainted and for you to ask any question you might have.

If you decide to go ahead, our first session together will be the occasion to see how we feel about working together.
