About me and my therapy practice
Invitation
You are warmly invited to my counselling practice, Take the seat.
A space where you can express yourself freely and explore what has brought you to counselling, without judgement.
I love meeting people and hearing their stories, what makes them feel alive or what weighs them down. As a counsellor, I offer gentleness and compassion, challenge when it’s welcome, humour when laughter can heal, and room for tears when they need to fall.
You are welcome, just as you are.
Open to all
I am here to work with those seeking support as an individual, a couple, or in any type of relationship.
You may struggle to know what you want, how to say it and how to be heard and understood.
Together we can navigate a way forward.
Specialist areas
- Couples and relationships
- Identity and gender
- Divorce, co-parenting and blended families
- Anxiety and panic attacks
- Trauma
- Pregnancy and baby loss
- Neurodiversity
Experienced
For those in a couple or relationship, all topics, thoughts and feelings are welcome. You may feel stuck and find yourselves repeating patterns or reliving the same arguments. We can navigate through this together and talk about your concerns, fears and hopes.
As a GSRD aware counsellor, I offer an inclusive space to explore gender, sex, identity, and relationship concerns.
Navigating divorce, blended family life and co-parenting can be stressful, emotional and frustrating. If you are experiencing any family challenges or conflict, having someone outside of the situation to listen, can be the outlet you need.
I offer a sensitive and informed presence to those navigating the challenges of pregnancy and baby loss, terminations, abortions, and fertility difficulties.
For those experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, and the weight of trauma, this can feel like it will never change. I work from a place informed by my own lived experience.
If you are on a journey exploring neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism, I am here to support you as you navigate a world that does not always make sense.
Practice description
Online or in person, you can choose.
Online counselling
You can join from a space where you feel safe and comfortable, without the stress of travelling or being somewhere unfamiliar.
For those in relationship and co-parents, online counselling can be a supportive way to get help together. Being in your home may help things feel calmer, making it easier to listen, share, and really hear each other.
You can connect on one screen together or from two different locations, whatever works best for you.
In person
For those who prefer to meet in person I work from the the Eudaemonia Wellbeing Center, close to Norwich train station and town centre.
The centre offers free parking, an accessible space, and a friendly reception area with comfortable seating and complimentary refreshments.
For those in a relationship and co-parents, it can help to have another person in the room who does not take sides, but instead supports both of you to feel heard and listened to.
My first session
You’ll be offered a free 30 minute online initial exploratory session. It’s a chance for us to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, get to know each other, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.The introductory session is an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have about what therapy is like, how I work and my experience and background.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer person-centred supervision for counsellors and others in the helping professions. I can support those working with individuals, in relationship and in group settings. I draw on the Seven Eyed Model and Appreciative Inquiry to create a space that is reflective, collaborative, and grounded in mutual respect.
Together, we explore your client work, therapeutic relationships, and how your practice impacts you as a person. Supervision can be enlightening, enjoyable, and sometimes challenging. We learn from our clients, from each other, and from the relationships we build.
I offer support, encouragement, and experience to help you develop your skills and confidence both as a practitioner and as someone who holds space for others.
