My hours are flexible.

Sessions offered are 50 minutes to an hour. That may sound daunting but you are free to end a session earlier if you wish.

My model of working is Person Centred, putting you at the heart of the process. You are autonomous and you choose what you would like to share and talk about.

I offer online, telephone and face-to-face counselling.
