About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel overwhelming or confusing at times, and therapy offers a supportive space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself. I work with individuals, couples and groups, supporting people through a wide range of experiences including anxiety, low confidence, relationship difficulties, life transitions and the lingering effects of past experiences. Many clients also come to therapy wanting to grow and thrive, rather than simply manage challenges. This can include strengthening communication, clarifying boundaries, deepening self-understanding and moving towards a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
My approach is integrative, drawing from several evidence-based therapeutic models so our work can adapt to your needs as they evolve. I place great value on the relationship we build, aiming to offer a warm, grounded and collaborative atmosphere where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
I aim to strike a balance between gentle directness and curiosity. I offer insight, guidance and tools where they feel helpful, while always respecting your autonomy and your own sense of what feels right. I intend to work alongside you, combining my professional knowledge with your lived experience to support clarity, resilience and meaningful change.
My practice is LGBTQ plus affirming, trauma informed and welcoming of clients from all backgrounds and identities.
Practice description
I offer in person therapy from my practice room in Stoke Newington, as well as online sessions for clients across the UK.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt and Existential approaches. This flexibility means our sessions can shift depending on what you bring. Sometimes the work may be more reflective and exploratory, and at other times we may focus on building practical tools, understanding patterns or developing new responses to old habits.
At the heart of the process is the relationship we create together. I aim to provide a space where all parts of you are welcome, whether you are working through something painful or exploring how to live more fully. Together we can deepen your understanding of yourself, shift patterns that may no longer serve you and support you to make choices that feel grounded and empowering.
I work with individuals, couples and groups, supporting adults seeking clarity, emotional well-being and personal growth.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and get a sense of whether we are a good fit for ongoing work. I will invite you to share what brings you to therapy and what feels important at this stage, and I may ask some gentle questions to help us understand your needs and aims more clearly. There is no pressure to talk about anything before you feel ready.
The first session is charged at half my usual fee. If we decide to continue, we will agree a weekly session time that is reserved for you. You are always free to end therapy whenever you need to, and I aim to support any ending in a thoughtful and considered way.

About me and my therapy practice
Life can be complicated, and sometimes we all need a space to pause, reflect, and work through the challenges we’re facing. Therapy offers a space to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I work with individuals, couples, and groups navigating all sorts of difficulties, from relationship struggles and low self-esteem to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and feeling stuck or lost. I know that no two people’s experiences are the same, which is why I take a tailored approach to therapy, helping you find what works best for you.
My priority is to create a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you feel at ease. I aim to work collaboratively with you to understand and navigate the challenges you’re facing.
I use an integrative Counselling approach, which means that I draw on the tools and theories of multiple evidence-based therapeutic models depending on what you are bringing at the time.
Some of the approaches that I integrate include:
Person-Centred Therapy, which is about creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, making it useful for tackling anxiety, negative thinking, and self-doubt.
Psychodynamic Therapy, which looks at how past experiences might be shaping your current behaviours and relationships, offering insight into patterns you may want to change.
Existential Therapy, which explores life’s bigger questions around meaning, purpose, uncertainty and helps you to find a way forward when things feel directionless.
I aim to meet you were you are at and help you navigate your therapeutic journey at your own pace.

Existential Therapy, where we might go towards the parts of your experience that feel difficult or uneasy and help you find your own way forward.
