About me and my therapy practice

It is a privilege when people open up and trust me with some of their deepest fears, anxieties, emotions or traumas which may have been buried for long time. The power of trust and sharing can be life changing.

I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist and member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I work by the BACP Ethical Framework and offer a professional and confidential service to help you explore your experiences, thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.

In my experience therapy is most effective if combined with alternative techniques to provide a more holistic experience, therefore I utilize mindfulness, focusing and breathwork as well. The therapy is tailored to your individual needs.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, addictions, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, relationship issues, discrimination and racism, search for purpose, suicidal ideation. I believe that you are the expert of yourself and that you have the capability to overcome things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy requires courage and I am here to help you on your journey of self discovery. I can help you see what you do not see, and understand what you do not understand about yourself, which would lead to finding the best solutions for your issues and ultimately to a more satisfactory life.

Flexible opening hours - evening & weekend appointments available. I offer one hour sessions.

My first session

On our first session we will discuss and contract for how we will work together, look at your goals and expectations, and what you would like to achieve from therapy. It is also an opportunity to discuss what brought you to therapy and what your needs are.
