About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP (accredited) and UKCP registered psychotherapist working from an attachment based and psychoanalytic perspective. I offer therapy that is collaborative and grounded in real human connection.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and support people experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, and life transitions. I have additional specialisms in working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma and am adoption competent.
You may be coming to therapy feeling stuck or want to understand yourself more deeply; whatever brings you, our work together will aim to get to the root of what’s going on for you.
The therapeutic relationship is important, and I offer a supportive setting where you can talk freely about whatever is on your mind. This is a space where you can get in touch with feelings that may be difficult and thoughts that may be hard to put into words.
Together, we can explore the influence of early experiences, I can support you to understand the strategies and behaviours you may have developed as a result and make sense of repeating patterns so you can begin to challenge them and build more fulfilling ways of being.
I am based in Brighton and offer therapy sessions in person and online. I provide a free initial 20 minute online consultation, giving us a chance to talk about how therapy works, answer any questions you may have, and see whether we feel like a good fit.
