About me and my therapy practice
I am a person centred practitioner. I offer a safe and confidential space in which individuals can explore their emotional and physical responses to issues that are affecting their lives.
Using an holistic and diverse approach which responds to the senses and emotions of the individual, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves encouraging personal growth and understanding of their own unique journey.
As a qualified counsellor, yoga teacher and musician I incorporate these skills within my practice.
