About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Person-Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Addiction Counsellor with a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at level 5 and Person Centred Counselling Diploma at level 4 and Diploma in Addiction Counselling. I have worked with individuals for over seven years, working both online and in my private practice. I am a recognised Advanced Practitioner Member with the Addiction Professionals Registration Body and Network and Registered Member of BACP.
I assess suitability of clients for talking therapy by face-to-face appointment, telephone and on-line counselling. I Provide and deliver therapy with diverse clientele from a range of cultures and backgrounds, I follow GDPR and maintaining professional boundaries.
Practice description
I'm here to help you work through the emotion your feeling, and to support you with feeling better, as the counselling process takes place.
I've over 6 years experience in counselling and psychotherapy and help people find happiness in their lives.
I enjoy working with people and put the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the counselling process. I use a range of techniques and theory to best support you, it's very much a collaborative process, focused on achieving positive well-being for yourself.
The counselling that I offer is for adults on a one to one basis. This takes place in either online, telephone or counselling rooms in Bolton BL1 location depending on your preference.
I also work online and telephone with people on a national level
BL1 location is accessible and are warm, comforting environments.
In addition, I've7 years experience in the Health and Social Care field working in mental health and addiction services with NHS. I'm interested in people, addiction and mental health. I deliver training in the local area.

Online and telephone counselling session fees are £50 for 50 minutes.
Face to face counselling session fees are £60 for 50 minutes.
