About me and my therapy practice
I offer online person-centred counselling via Microsoft Teams, and I guarantee a response to all enquiries within 48 hours. I work with clients across the UK, supporting people with anxiety, depression (low mood), low self-esteem, and life transitions through online therapy.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or finding it hard to make sense of your thoughts and feelings?
You might be struggling with difficult emotions, feeling low or anxious, or going through a period of change that feels hard to navigate alone. Many of the people I work with describe feeling like they are “just coping” on the surface, while struggling more than they let on.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients across age, gender, ethnicity, religion, and sexuality, and I strive to offer an inclusive, ethical, and non-judgemental space where all parts of you are accepted.
At the heart of my work is the belief that each person has the capacity for growth and change when they feel genuinely understood. You may come to counselling knowing exactly what has brought you, or you may simply have a sense that something doesn’t feel quite right.
As a person-centred counsellor, I believe you are the expert in your own life. I won’t tell you what to do; instead, I will work alongside you, offering a warm, genuine, and empathic space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Therapy can feel like piecing together a jigsaw—discovering patterns, gaining clarity, and making sense of challenges in a way that feels more manageable and empowering. Over time, this process can help you better understand yourself, feel more confident in your decisions, and develop a stronger sense of who you are.
My aim is to help you move from simply coping to feeling more secure, self-aware, and able to face life’s challenges with greater confidence.
Practice description
One size does not fit all—and neither does one counsellor. Finding the right fit matters.
For this reason, I offer a free 20-minute introductory chat so we can have a relaxed conversation about what’s brought you to therapy, and you can get a sense of how I work, ask questions, and decide whether I feel like the right fit for you.
In our first full session, we’ll gently explore what’s going on for you, your current wellbeing, and anything you’d like support with. We’ll also agree how we’d like to work together.
Ongoing sessions are your space—to talk openly, think things through, and go at your own pace. I'll be alongside you, offering a steady, supportive presence without pressure or judgement as you begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, helping you build self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.
Sessions can be short-term, focusing on a specific issue or open-ended, allowing for deeper exploration, depending on what you need.
I offer 50-minute online sessions via Microsoft Teams. If you’d like to arrange an introductory chat, just email me.
