About me and my therapy practice

I am a professionally trained counsellor working in Herne Hill, South London. I offer an empathetic and non-judgemental space in which to better understand your needs and concerns.

I work with individual adults on a weekly basis. I see clients at Herne Hill Space Therapy Rooms which are located close to Herne Hill and Effra Space community centre within walking distance of Brixton Station. I also offer online counselling.

I believe that successful counselling should result in positive changes to your wellbeing and present day life experiences. I aim to help you achieve a deeper understanding of yourself so you can resolve inner conflicts. I believe that this is best achieved by developing curiosity and self-compassion and I offer a safe, understanding counselling relationship in which to do this.

I can provide tools and insights that can help you understand the ways in which you relate to others so that you can build healthy and affirming relationships. We can also explore how past relationships and unresolved issues are impacting your present.

I want you to achieve a practical understanding of your present problems and opportunities so that you can make confident and informed decisions. It is my belief that counselling and therapy can have a lasting impact and I work towards this goal with my clients.
