About me and my therapy practice

Does it feel like your anxiety is making your world smaller? Perhaps you’ve noticed that past trauma or ongoing stress is impacting your relationships, your work, and your ability to enjoy life. When we are stuck in these patterns, it’s easy to lose sight of our own strengths.

You’re here now reading this because you want something to change. Take the step, start the journey today.

I offer a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and deep respect. Because I work from a Person-Centred perspective, our sessions are led by you. I provide a supportive environment where you can explore the "general messiness" of life without fear of being judged or told what to do.

Together, we can untangle the knots of stress and anxiety, giving you the breathing space to understand your reactions and reclaim your sense of self. My practice is dedicated to helping you find the internal resources you already possess but might have lost touch with.

Sometimes when we listen to that feeling of, “I can’t do this alone anymore” and you accept that having someone to talk to, who can listen without judgement, and you feel really seen and heard by them can open the door to change.

Take the First Step

Choosing a therapist is a big decision. I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone call or zoom session so you can see if my approach feels right for you. You can message me directly through this directory profile and check out my website.

Practice description

A Space to Be Yourself

Taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting, especially when you are already dealing with the weight of stress, anxiety, or trauma. My practice is built on the belief that you shouldn’t have to "filter" yourself or meet anyone else’s expectations. I provide a warm, confidential, and down-to-earth environment where your experiences are heard without judgement.

How I Work

As a Person-Centred therapist, I don’t believe in "one size fits all" solutions. I won't sit across from you as a distant expert giving instructions; instead, we work as equals. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide the empathy, honesty, and safety you need to explore what is truly going on for you.

In our sessions, we work at your pace. Whether we are untangling the roots of long-standing trauma or finding ways to manage the daily anxiety that leaves you feeling overwhelmed, the focus remains on what feels most important to you in the moment.

What to Expect

In our first session, we will explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. There is no pressure to "perform" or have all the answers. Our work together is about helping you reconnect with your own strengths and finding a way forward that feels authentic to you.

I support clients with a wide range of general life issues, including:

• Chronic stress and burnout

• Panic and anxiety.

• Processing past traumatic experiences

• Loss of identity or low self-esteem

• Relationship difficulties
