About me and my therapy practice

If you are feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions, struggling with the weight of anxiety or depression, or finding it difficult to navigate your relationships, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with adults (18+) to help you understand these challenges and find a way forward that feels manageable and grounded.

Whether you are a student whose mental health is impacting your studies or someone managing the everyday complexities of ADHD or bereavement, my goal is to provide a space where you feel truly heard.

For those experiencing symptoms of BPD or EUPD, I offer specialized Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed treatment. Together, we can combine individual sessions with practical skills training to help you regain control and build a life that feels more balanced.

I also specialise in supporting adults (18+) through the unique challenges of a late ADHD diagnosis. Whether you are a professional struggling with executive dysfunction, in a relationship that is impacted by ADHD or a student whose academic performance is suffering.

I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute introductory call to see if we are a good fit.

Practice description

I provide individual counselling and psychotherapy using an integrative relational approach. At the heart of my practice is the belief that a trusting, secure relationship is the foundation of change. I am committed to building a safe space where you feel comfortable exploring your challenges, knowing you are supported by a therapist who truly hears you.

Because every person is unique, I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques to tailor our work to your specific needs. While my core approach is relational, I also embrace Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)where these practical frameworks would be helpful for managing specific symptoms or building new coping skills.

I work with both individuals and groups, offering sessions through my private practice and at the Nightingale Hospital in London.

Specialist ADHD Support

I lead a supportive, comprehensive therapeutic group for adults with ADHD. This group offers a nurturing environment to pursue personal goals while learning practical strategies for managing the unique challenges of a neurodivergent brain.

• Format: Online via various weekday evenings.

• Next Intake: May 2026 (Registration opens February 2026).

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours and look forward to hearing from you.

My first session

Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is the most important part of starting therapy. To help you decide, I offer a free 15-minute introductory Zoom call. This is a relaxed space for us to meet and for you to ask questions about how I work, with no obligation to continue.

In our first full session, we will begin at your pace. We’ll explore what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to achieve. This session is about making sure you feel heard and comfortable in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

• DBT Skills Coaching: If you are seeking DBT skills, our first session will be a specialised assessment to ensure this approach meets your needs.

• Group Programmes: Before joining a group, we will have an initial 50-minute individual assessment to help you prepare for the group dynamic.
