Practice description

How I work

If anything from your past or present is interfering with your self-worth or peace of mind I can help. I offer short-term work if you need support with a specific issue, or longer-term work if you’d like to work with the whole self and at greater depth. I will draw on a range of techniques and approaches to meet your individual needs.

I believe everyone is unique, shaped by different life experiences, challenges and needs. I offer a safe and confidential space where you will be met with openness and compassion. You will be truly listened to and valued, and you are free to bring your difficulties without the fear of being judged.

My practice

I run a small private practice in Harpenden. I work with adults and young people over the age of 18. I see people in-person from my warm and welcoming room in the centre of town. It is an established and inviting space, which is often described as a peaceful sanctuary.

I also offer online therapy, where you can meet me at a time that suits you from the comfort of your own home. Or you may like to have a combination of both if this suit your needs.

Visit my website for more information or book a free 20 minute phone consultation to explore how I can help.

My first session

I will welcome you whatever you bring, no matter how big or small, and I will provide you with your own regular time to meet, either in-person or online.

Free Consultation

Counselling is rewarding but it can also be challenging, which is why finding the right counsellor is important. To help I offer a free initial 20 minute phone conversation for us to find out more about each other before committing to sessions.
