About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I am Diane Wardman, a Qualified BACP Registered Counsellor, and Psychotherapist working online with clients throughout the UK and abroad.

I work pluralistically by drawing on many different elements of psychology to find the best way of addressing client issues. At the heart of good therapeutic outcomes is a respectful, collaborative client-therapist relationship. This type of relationship underpins pluralistic therapy and is ideally suited to most clients’ needs and wants. 

I can help you with a variety of issues such as abuse, addiction, ADHD, anger, anxiety, autism, mood disorders, bereavement, depression, disability, eating disorders, family issues, grief, loss, OCD, phobias, relationships, stress, and trauma. 

I offer short-term and long-term counselling, but you decide on the frequency (weekly or fortnightly) to suit your lifestyle. Sessions take place over Zoom and are for a 50-minute duration.
