About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited therapist working with individuals and couples. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore what is troubling you and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.
I work integratively which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. My practice combines humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), while also paying close attention to the connection between mind and body. I believe our emotional experiences are not only thought and felt, but often held physically too.
Together, we explore your history and begin to understand how certain patterns may have developed. By bringing unconscious thoughts and feelings into awareness, you can deepen your self-understanding and gain insight into how you relate to yourself and others. From this place of awareness, new and more helpful ways of being can emerge.
My role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in building insight, resilience and emotional clarity. As you become more connected to your inner world, you can make choices that feel more authentic and move towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If this resonates with you, I offer a free initial conversation so we can explore whether working together feels right.
Practice description
Finding space to reflect on our thoughts and feelings can feel difficult in today’s fast-paced world. Therapy offers a confidential and supportive environment where you can slow down, explore what’s going on for you, and begin to make sense of it. I believe therapy can be beneficial for everyone, regardless of how big or small your concerns may seem.
My approach is grounded in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change. I work with warmth, curiosity and compassion, while also offering gentle challenge when it feels helpful. Above all, this is your therapy. We work collaboratively, with you setting the pace. My aim is to support you in developing a deeper sense of safety, connection, purpose and joy in your life.
My first session
In our first session, we’ll talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you would like to change or understand more deeply. Together, we will clarify your goals — whether that involves managing anxiety, improving relationships, building confidence or working through painful experiences from the past — and discuss how we might approach this work.
Therapy is a collaborative process. There is no “right” way to do therapy; we move at a pace that feels manageable for you. We will check in regularly to ensure the work feels supportive, relevant and aligned with your needs.

In today’s busy world, it can be hard to pause and really listen to ourselves. Therapy gives you a space where you can slow down, feel heard and explore what’s going on without judgement. Whether you’re facing something specific or simply feeling stuck, you’re welcome.
I work in a relational and collaborative way, building a trusting connection that supports meaningful change. I bring compassion and curiosity to our work together, and when helpful, gentle challenge too. This is your space and we move at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is to help you feel more connected, purposeful and at ease in your life.

About me and my therapy practice
I work with couples and individuals who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and want to create meaningful change in how they feel, connect, and relate.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic methods depending on what you need. I combine elements of humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and I also pay close attention to what’s happening in your body, because our minds and bodies are deeply connected.
Together, we gently explore your history and begin to understand where certain patterns may have started. With greater self-awareness and insight, we can then experiment with new, more helpful ways of being—supporting change that feels authentic and lasting.

Practice description
My first priority is creating a space that feels safe, supportive and confidential. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, instead I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you explore what’s been weighing on you. In our early sessions, I’ll want to understand what brought you to therapy and what you’d like to change or improve. Together, we’ll clarify your goals — whether that’s managing anxiety, improving relationships, building confidence, or working through something difficult from your past.
As we continue, therapy becomes a collaborative process. Depending on your needs, I may draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, or I might use other methods that focus more on emotional processing, past experiences, or communication skill-building. I’ll offer tools, reflections, and guidance, but the work we do is always tailored to you. Over time, my goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and healthier patterns so you feel more grounded and better equipped to navigate your life.
My first session
In our first session, we’ll clarify what you’d like to focus on in therapy and define what success will look like for you. I’ll explain how the process works, what you can expect, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also review a brief personal history, including any previous therapy experience, before beginning our work together.
As therapy progresses, we’ll regularly check in to make sure our work feels helpful, aligned with your goals, and responsive to your evolving needs.
