I have a lot of personal and professional experience with the struggles surrounding neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self esteem. As a BACP Accredited Counsellor with over 1500 client hours working with a wide range of mental health concerns.

Practice description

"My thoughts keep racing and I can't stop and I'm so tired and overwhelmed and I can't let anyone know or I don't know how to tell people, I'm scared I'll let people down. People will judge me, they won't understand!"

My practice as an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, places you, the client, at the heart of therapy, in a collaborative process where you lead the way, exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

So ...What on earth is Integrative Counselling?

An integrative approach to therapy is just that- integrating different therapies into one approach. It allows me to draw on techniques from many different therapy models and approaches to tailor and support the individual needs of you, as a client. Humans are not static and our needs develop and adjust through out life and therapy, so being adaptive supports long term and lasting progress.

Wait....isn't that kind of chaotic and random?!

No, an Integrative Approach is one built on a solid, structured foundation of Client Centred Therapy: authenticity, non judgemental, with a goal to understand and support you.
