About me and my therapy practice
Feeling overwhelmed, lost or constantly on edge? Communication breaking down in your relationship, or feeling like you can't break old patterns? I've been there and I've helped so many other's who have too. This is a space where you can breathe, talk freely and start to feel like yourself again. To be heard and understood. I bring my true self to sessions, focusing on building a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and comfortable to be fully you too.
I have lived experience of neurodiversity and mental health difficulties giving me insight into the everyday challenges and how to navigate them. I offer a safe space for you to explore what's going on for you, no matter what it is, and work with you to sort through it.
Practice description
The aim of my practice is for us to build a good therapeutic relationship and safe space together, to allow the embrace of all parts of yourself and your feelings. To understand yourself more deeply and your responses to the world, encouraging empowerment and self improvement.
I am a person centred counsellor but have trained in a range of psychotherapies and counselling techniques and will tailor sessions to what fits best for each clients needs.
Each session is 50 minutes long
My first session
It's hard to know what and who might be right for you from just a webpage, so I offer a free 15 minute video call to see if we're the right fit and for you to ask any questions you may have. Reaching out can feel like the hardest bit, but you're nearly there!
Once we have decided to work together, our first 50 minute session will include contracting, before delving into what's going on for you and what your aims are
