About me and my therapy practice
It's been a tough few years for us all.
As we move towards 2026, you may find yourself reflecting on how you (or a loved one) have been changed by what we've been through.
You may find your feelings have changed about work, family life or life in general.
There may be some thoughts or emotions that you would like to explore.
I provide a safe space where we can explore these thoughts and feelings, understand where they come from and what we can do together to lower their impact on your life.
About me
Originally from the North East of England, I moved South as a teenager and spent 20+ years as an Army medic.
After leaving the Armed Forces and moving to London I worked in the private sector before joining the NHS. Here I worked closely with the Police, Fire and Ambulance Services for almost a decade, including the pandemic and lockdown periods.
My life experience and my counselling training enable me to bring genuine understanding into the counselling space with a wide range of clients.
I am an Integrative therapist, which means we can use different counselling approaches tailored to you. This ensures we work in a way you are comfortable with (although we may have to talk about uncomfortable things) to get the best results for you.
Practice description
I offer flexible appointments that suit your circumstances. We can work weekly, fortnightly or monthly for short-term or long-term therapy.

Sessions are conducted online and last for 50 minutes.
We would normally meet weekly, however we can arrange to meet every other week or monthly if this suits your circumstances better.
