About me and my therapy practice

Seeking therapy and opening-up to someone may feel daunting, but it can provide a supportive and safe space which is different from the rest of your life. Together we can explore what may be hindering you and bring new perspectives, leading to a new chapter.

You may be struggling with a particular issue or feelings of being stuck, repeating past unhelpful patterns. I work as an integrative and existential therapist, namely I am interested in how you see yourself in the world, in your relationships with others and what it means to be you. Therapy does not seek to treat or cure your difficulties but together we can deepen your understanding of yourself and to become open to new possibilities.

Prior to my psychotherapy training, I studied Social Anthropology and worked in the financial and charity sectors. Having grown up in different parts of the world, I am familiar with cultural diversity. Alongside my private practise, I work for a community-based counselling service and also as a counsellor for an NHS health centre.
