About me and my therapy practice
You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
You may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, struggling in a relationship, dealing with anger or loss, or finding yourself repeating patterns you don't quite understand. Sometimes there isn't one particular problem — you may simply feel stuck, disconnected, or that something in your life needs to change.
I'm a UKCP-accredited Gestalt psychotherapist and BACP-registered counsellor. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly without feeling judged or expected to have the right words.
What is therapy with me like?
I'm interested in your story, but also in what is happening for you now. We might notice a feeling that's difficult to express, something happening in your body, or the ways you withdraw, become anxious, angry or protect yourself when things feel difficult.
I'm warm, curious and engaged. I won't tell you how to live your life, but I won't simply sit silently either. At times, I may gently challenge you, slow something down with you, or invite you to look at an experience differently.
Therapy with me is something we do together. With greater awareness of yourself and the patterns you've developed, we can explore whether other choices are available to you.
I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and have a particular interest in working with men, neurodivergent clients, people experiencing relationship difficulties, and those working in high-pressure or emergency-service environments.
You don't need to know exactly where therapy will take you.
We can start with where you are.
Practice description
As a Gestalt Psychotherapist, I provide a safe and welcoming space to work together to explore what’s happening in your life. My focus is on understanding your experiences, emotions, and relationships as they unfold in the present moment. Together, we’ll take the time to notice patterns that may hold you back and explore new ways to approach life’s challenges.
I believe that each person has the inner strength and resources needed to grow and create positive change, and my role is to support you in discovering these within yourself. By focusing on your feelings, thoughts, and how you relate to others, we can uncover deeper self-awareness and new perspectives. This process can help you feel more connected to yourself and others and more empowered to live in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions via Zoom.
My Practice is located in Peckham Rye.

My first session
I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can get a sense of whether I’m the right fit for you. This is a chance to ask questions, share your concerns, and see how you feel about working with me.
If we decide to move forward, our first session will be exploratory. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and allows you the space to talk about the issues you’d like to focus on during therapy. If we agree to continue working together, I’ll provide you with my counselling agreement and intake form to get started.
In this first session, you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with about why you’re seeking counselling. I’ll also ask a few questions about your history, current situation, and overall safety to help me understand how best to support you.
My fee is £85 per session, starting from the first session, whether we meet face-to-face or online.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist (MBACP, UKCP) offering face-to-face sessions right here in Croydon (10 minutes walk from East Croydon Station).
It takes courage to seek support, and I offer a genuinely warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can stop worrying about being judged and focus on what's weighing on your mind.
My practice is built on the belief that you hold the deepest insight into yourself. My Gestalt approach helps you uncover parts of you that may feel hidden or out of reach, supporting your journey of self-discovery and growth.
I bring unique experience from my work alongside emergency services and local mental health teams, which informs my capacity to manage complex, high-pressure situations.
Practice description
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or sense that something needs to change, you don't have to work it all out on your own.
You may be struggling with anxiety, relationships, anger, loss or low mood. Perhaps you're used to getting on with things, but underneath you're finding it harder to cope. Or you may notice yourself repeating patterns that you understand intellectually but still find difficult to change.
I'm a qualified Gestalt psychotherapist and counsellor (UKCP, MBACP), offering face-to-face therapy in Croydon.
What might therapy with me be like?
I try to offer a warm, grounded space where you don't have to perform or find the right words. We can start with what's happening for you and understand it together.
Gestalt therapy means I'm interested in your past, but also in how your experiences are showing up in your life now. We might become curious about a feeling that's difficult to express, something you notice in your body, or what happens when you become anxious, angry, withdraw or feel overwhelmed.
I'm not there to tell you what you should do or to try to change who you are. I'm warm and engaged, and sometimes I may gently challenge you or invite us to slow something down and look at it differently.
Who do I work with?
I work with adults experiencing anxiety and stress, depression and low mood, relationship difficulties, anger, bereavement and loss, trauma, domestic abuse and difficulties with vulnerability or emotional connection.
I also have particular experience and interest in working with men, neurodivergent clients (including ADHD and autism), people exploring racial and cultural identity, and those working in emergency-service or other high-pressure environments.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what's wrong or what you want from therapy.
We can start with where you are.
